Institute is facilitated with a sufficient number of classrooms, technology enabled learning spaces, seminar halls, laboratories, specialized facilities, equipment for teaching, learning and research etc.The college has 65 classrooms that are well-ventilated, well-furnished for conducting theory classes.Each room has a seating capacity of 66 students, provided with LCD projectors, Wi-Fi and LAN enabled internet connectivity(2.4 GBPS internet facility is provided in college).The college has 10 seminar rooms that also have ICT -enabled facilities(140 projectors and white screens,each classroom have 2 microphones and 1 sound systems).Laboratories are well equipped and maintained so that students can carry out both curriculum and research related activities. Total 2252 computers are used only for students.Laboratories are equipped with latest instruments along with high speed Wi-Fi networks.The college has Language Labs for students to improve their communication skills.In addition to the central library each department has its own library & students can access many online courses from COURSERA, MOOCs, NPTEL, EDX and Iem-learning.More than 830000 books are present in Library. Digital library of the college provides lectures of IIT professors through NPTEL.Also they can access e-journals(J Gate,EBSCO,Delnet,NDLI etc)for their study purpose.To promote the research activities, the college has established an individual research Centre for all , named IEDC innovation laboratory.Besides that college has (AIML) lab, Antenna  lab, Innovation  lab, AR-VR lab, Computer vision lab, Data science lab, etc. Faculty members are given financial help and grants to set up their own innovative labs. High-end computers are present in  laboratories  for the research facilities of the students and faculty.More than 100 printers are present in college campus.

1. The college has sports facilities for outdoor and indoor games like Badminton, Table Tennis, Carom, Chess, Basketball, Volleyball, Mini-Golf, and Cricket.
2. Institution has separate boys & girls’ common rooms and sports rooms with TT boards, carrom boards, football, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, chess kits, yoga mats and basic fitness accessories.
3. Winners are felicitated with mementos/ cash awards.
4. Regular yoga(10 hours per week), karate(10 hours per week), and games classes(10 hours per week) are included in daily routine & permanent professors are employed for taking these classes.
5. IEM organizes annual cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, & basketball tournaments for different classes or streams & also participates in various  inter-college competitions.
6. Public speaking forums are organized to develop the communication skill of students, also debates, and group discussions are held on occasions such as Swami Vivekananda’s Birthday, IEM Cultural Festival (organised ones in year) etc.
7. College also celebrates festivals such as Saraswathi Puja and Vishwakarma puja on Campus.
8. Short cultural programs are held during events like Rabindra Jayanti, Independence Day, Netaji’s Birthday, Teacher’s Day, etc.
9. College also hosts a Cultural Fest (organised ones in year), Freshers Welcome (organised ones in year), Farewell Ceremony(organised ones in year), Durga Puja Agomoni (organised ones in year) etc.
