IT integration and reforms in the examination procedures and processes including Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) have brought in considerable improvement in the Examination Management System (EMS) of the Institution:
The institution has undergone a transformative journey through the integration of Information Technology (IT) and reforms in examination procedures, notably in the realm of Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA). These initiatives have ushered in substantial improvements in the Examination Management System (EMS).
IT integration has streamlined various aspects of examination processes, from registration to result declaration and the institute use IEMCRP for the same.
The incorporation of Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) has introduced a more holistic approach to student evaluation. It allows for ongoing assessment, providing a comprehensive understanding of a student’s progress beyond traditional exams. This not only promotes a deeper grasp of subject matter but also encourages consistent and sustained effort throughout the academic term. The faculties have IEMCRP account and they upload question banks for midterm and end semester examinations to their respective portals which eventually generate the final question papers.
After the evaluation of the answer script the teachers upload the marks in IEMCRP and the results are published thereafter.
Overall, the institution’s commitment to IT integration and examination reforms, particularly in CIA, has not only modernized the Examination Management System but has also contributed significantly to fostering a progressive and adaptive educational environment. |
