1. Title of Practice 1:

Focus towards innovation, centre of excellence and promoting startups

2. Objective:

Setting up Centres of Excellence involving establishing specialized and advanced research labs to focus on specific areas of expertise, research, or innovation.

3. Context: To identify specific domains/ disciplines where institution aims to excel IOT, AI, Machine Learning, AR-VR, Blockchain and Cyber Security etc.

4. Practice: Establishing innovation hubs, collaboration with industries and startsups.

5. Evidence of Success

Number of startups, industry partnerships, patents, innovation projects increased. Improved employability, dynamic, industry-aligned curriculum.

6. Problems Encountered and Resources Required

Problems: Implementing monitoring, evaluation system to assess performance.

Resources: Professional development programs, and strategic partnerships with industry. Allocating dedicated infrastructure, state-of-the-art facilities, and resources to support activities of Centre of Excellence.

 

1. Title of Practice 2:

Reimbursement of medical bills for staff, students and alumni for any kind of emergency.

2. Objectives: Help stake holders during acute

3. Context: Sudden medical emergency and abnormally high bills can ruin

4. Practice: Application to the Director with bills attached regarding medical emergency and subsequent

5. Evidence of Success: Huge appreciation and relief from the stakeholder’s Families were saved from acute financial crisis.

6. Problems Encountered and Resources Required: Many a times multiple such cases arise and becomes a challenge to arrange for funds.
