The main thrust and priority of the instituteright from its inception is focused on the overall development of the students and to make them industry ready so that they can get good jobs at the same time the option to pursue higher studies is open for them. Keeping this in mind the curriculum is continuously updated as per theindustry requirements. Compulsorycoding subjects like Python, Java, MATLAB, Statistics, etc are taught to every student of the institute irrespective of their streams. Mini projects are allottedto students every semester to increase their problem solvingskills. Placement trainingclasses are mandatory for all students which include Softskill training,programming and aptitudetests. To encourage students towards higher studies various reimbursement policies are there. The students and faculty members are consistently motivated to attend, organise conferences, publish research papers, and patents that are entirely sponsored by the institute.

Examination reforms Workshops/ seminar organized for all teachers on Question paper setting as per Bloom’s taxonomy & predefined course outcome. Online uploading of attendance and internal marks. Digitization of the examination process. Successful implementation of attainment of course outcomes & individual facilities. Feedback analysis from various stakeholders IQAC has been periodically involved in obtaining & analyzing the feedback from various stakeholders students, guardians, employers & alumni etc and immediate implementations of the suggestions were carried out.
