- The institute has a well-defined maintenance policy with well-established systems and procedures for the maintenance and utilization of its physical, academic, and support facilities, including laboratories, sports complexes, computer facilities, and classrooms.
- The maintenance of physical, academic, and support facilities are carried out by the respective departments with the help of in-house and contractual staff daily and periodically.
- Adequate funding is allocated to each Head of the Department (H.O.D) for updating both laboratories and classrooms. Each laboratory is under the supervision of a Lab in Charge and a Lab Assistant, who are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the laboratory.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of classrooms and laboratories are performed by dedicated cleaning staff.
- The college garden is maintained by a designated gardener appointed by the institute.
