The mission and vision of IEM itself stresses on building good employable citizens of India and above all worthy human beings. There is a compulsory morning assembly for all students where the important achievements are discussed regularly, historical significance of that particular day read out and all latecomers are given academic assignments to make them realise the importance of punctuality. Students are regularly addressed by Principal and HODs about values, rights, duties and responsibilities of citizens, morals and ethical practices. Values and ethics, Constitution of India, Geography, Economics, Political Science are a part of curriculum included as a part of Essential Studies for Professionals.
